Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake
Bill C. Brown Associates has been a long-time and faithful supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana and participant in Bowl for Kids' Sake, their largest annual fundraiser. For the past five years, our agency has been the recipient of the Corporate Citizen Award (which recognizes the "Most Generous Team"), and the Tom Hargis Award for being the highest fundraising organization. This year we raised $11,780. We are proud of our long-time partnership with BBBS and the impact of positive role modeling and mentorship in our community.
Bloomington South Dance Marathon/IU Dance Marathon
For the past five years our agency has been a proud annual sponsor of the local Bloomington South and IU Dance Marathon, which has raised over $50 million for the Riley Children’s Hospital mission.
Generosity Feeds
For the past five years our agency has participated in and helped underwrite the Generosity Feeds event. With the help of our agents and staff, over 11,000 hearty meals of beans and rice were packaged and distributed to children in Monroe, Lawrence, and Owen Counties.
Hoosiers Outrun Cancer
Since 1999, the Bill C. Brown Associates Agency Family has continued an annual tradition of helping to sponsor and participate in the Hoosiers Outrun Cancer event. The event continues to be embraced by the communities we are blessed to serve for this very important cause.
Monroe County United Ministries Food Drive (MCUM)
For the past 18 years Bill C. Brown Associates has hosted a food drive during the holiday season to benefit the food pantry at Monroe County United Ministries (MCUM). To date, we have collected 9,004 pounds of food. We are proud of our tradition of supporting MCUM in their efforts to distribute food to those in need in our community.
